Deodorant, Not Antiperspirant - What's the Difference?
 

This is an important one, so we want to be upfront about it.
 

Antiperspirants use aluminium salts to plug your sweat glands so you sweat less. Natural deodorants like 'Under Control' don't stop you sweating at all - sweating is your body's natural way of cooling down and it's completely odourless on its own. The smell comes from bacteria breaking down sweat on your skin.
 

'Under Control' works on the smell, not the sweat. Magnesium Hydroxide and a gentle touch of Baking Soda create an environment that odour-causing bacteria don't like, Arrowroot Powder absorbs moisture so you feel dry and comfortable, and the essential oils keep everything smelling fresh. You'll still sweat when you're hot or active - you just won't smell.
 

If you're switching from an antiperspirant, give your body a week or two to adjust. It's normal to feel a little sweatier at first while your skin settles into its natural rhythm.
