Medium granules of dehydrated garlic. Indispensable in the kitchen, garlic adds a rich, deep flavour. Use to replace the harsh flavour of raw garlic. Spice up steaks, chicken and burgers. Combine with herbs and breadcrumbs for simple coating for lamb cutlets or chicken. Blend with ground pepper and salt for a simple beef rub.
