Dairy Free Chocolate
Dairy Free Chocolate - melt in your mouth
Equal quantities of raw cacao powder and coconut oil Or cacao butter
I use about 1/3 c (approx100g) of each (for 20 bite sized chocs)
this gives quite a dark chocolate if you like it lighter use less cacao.
Maple syrup to sweeten - 1-2T
Make sure you use the real stuff, not maple flavoured syrup.
Melt coconut oil and stir in cacao powder, add maple syrup to taste.
Pour into moulds like ice cube trays or into a shallow dish.
Place into freezer to set (about 1/2 hour).
Remove from moulds or slice and remove from tray.
These are melt in your mouth as they are or add what ever tickles your fancy if you are feeling adventurous.

Cinnamon
Nuts
Currants
Ginger
or any mixture of the above.
