A lack of magnesium can effect many things including sleep, energy levels, stress, anxiety and muscle health.

Addition of magnesium to the body can help soothe sore muscles. aches and pains, arthritis, improve sleep, depression, fibromyalgia, cramps and restless legs.

Magnesium Chloride is more bio available than Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salts). When dissolved in water the magnesium is absorbed through the skin which tops up magnesium levels in the body. Often tablets or powder supplements cause diarrhea so this is an effective alternative.

This makes it ideal as an addition to a bath for soaking or used as a footbath for general absorption. Soaking for arthritis in the feet allows this magnesium to be targeted to that specific area.

For bath use just add a cup full, or for a footbath several tablespoons.

My feet love thisAndrea Borrie on Jan 15, 2022I decided to try the Magnesium Flakes as I love all the other Wild Kiwi products and was not disappointed. I have a bit of trouble getting in and out of my bath due to hip pain and stiffness, so...I soak my feet instead and wow, they feel amazing afterwards and the added benefit is that it softens the hard skin on my heals which I then scub with pumis and what a difference. Totally reccomend :)
