Mrs Rogers White Peppercorns (Organic) 20g

The sundried, cured, unripe berries of a flowering tropical vine; a black peppercorn with the husk removed. Its flavour is sharper with more heat than black pepper. Often used with seafood, white sauces and cheese dishes where it is less visible then black pepper. Grind fresh to make the most of its flavour and aroma, add near the end of cooking, or onto the dish when serving.
