Ingredients:Organic: Sea Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Black Pepper, Onion, Oregano, Cumin, Fennel, Basil, Thyme, Celery Seed, Rosemary, Cayenne Pepper & Cardamom.
Suggested Uses:- Use for fish or chicken for Southern American dishes. Lightly coat in oil and sprinkle with seasoning and fry or BBQ, traditionally until blackened.- Perfect on pork or beef steaks, as well as slow cooked Cajun pork ribs- Add to roast potatoes or wedges.- Add midway through the cooking process in sauce based dishes and casseroles to retain flavour.
