Ingredients: A classic mix of aromatic herbs. Blended in New Zealand to my own recipe, these Italian Herbs are a balanced combination of Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Rosemary with a touch of Garlic for richness and savoury flavour.
Suggested Uses:- Add to pasta sauces and sprinkle onto pizza.- Add to any dish for a herbaceous Italian flavour.- Add to lasagne or Bolognese sauce or meatballs.- For a simple dish, stir through pasta with olive oil and diced ripe tomatoes and torn fresh basil leaves.- Sprinkle onto tomatoes with salt, pepper and a little sugar before grilling.- Sprinkle over chicken or fish before baking.
