Dairy Free Yogurt
 
4 Avocados - flesh
1-2 Cups of fresh or frozen defrosted berries (NB the more berries you use the better the colour will be)
6-8 prunes
Juice of 1 lemon
Optional sweeteners - stevia (pinch), Coconut sugar (1T), Honey (1T).
 
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Optional additions once blended - coconut, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds.
 
I passed this around the staff room at work and asked what people thought was in it - no one guessed the base was avocados - and everyone that tried it thought it was yummy. My then 5y/o son who cannot tolerate dairy loved this also.
 
Once made up it keeps 1-2 days in the fridge.
